Game 4 of the series with the Royals, this has been a terrific series. Two very good teams. Course, I'd like us to be playing a lousy team for a bit. But it is nice to see that we can go toe to toe with one of the best teams in baseball.
We have what, pretty much, will be our A batting lineup. Plus or minus Chris Colabello....Smoak hasn't been hitting lately, but then neither has Chris. I'd still rather have Smoak get regular at bats for a month and see what happens but I can understand not being excited with Smoak's bat the way he looked yesterday.
The title is from an old Townes Van Zandt song "To Live is to Fly". Townes was a terrific song writer who died far to young.
