I'll ask something I've mentioned before.....just because someone has a different opinion doesn't make him stupid, it might mean that he's looking at it in a different way than you are. I had someone on Facebook telling me that Gibby was mental because he did something this guy disagreed with. I disagree with manager moves all the time, that doesn't mean I think there is something wrong with the manager, it means I'm looking at it in a different way.
Smart people can disagree.
