Thursday Bantering: Jays Vegas World Series Favorites

Mark L. Baer-USA TODAY Sports

Little bits of Blue Jays news:

  • The Jay are changing the pitching rotation for the weekend (not a surprise). David Price pitches Saturday, putting him in line for the Wild Card start on regular rest. Mark Buehrle goes Sunday.
  • John Gibbons says that Troy Tulowitzki should be back for the season ending series against the Rays. I'd be thrilled, but I'll believe it when I see it.
  • Devon Travis had a 'cyst drained' and some 'general cleanup' on his left shoulder. He should be ready for spring training.
  • Shi Davidi talks about the knuckleball effect, figuring there is something to it.
And the Jays are Vegas favorites to win the World Series (odds from Bovada.lv) (really should have put some money down back in May):

Though only tied for favorites to win the AL Championship.
