We are long past the filing deadline but there is news that Drew Hutchison agreed to a 1-year, $2.2 million dollar deal at the deadline.
Josh Donaldson and Jesse Chavez each filed:

Being that close, I don't understand why they didn't come to an agreement. I think it would be worth a half million to the team to save themselves from having to stand in front of a arbitrator and talk about why Josh isn't worth what he's asking.
I'd offer him an extra half million if he promised to get a decent hair cut.

Again, I think this is too close together to go the arbitrator over. Meet in the middle and both should be happy (he says like $400,000 is nothing to him).
It looks like the Jays will be going to arbitration for the 3rd and 4th times this century.
