Blue Jays Spring Game Thread versus Pirates

The Blue Jays look to improve to 12-4 on the spring, playing host to the Pittsburgh Pirates at 1:07 EST.

The Toronto Blue Jays will play host to the Pittsburgh Pirates Sunday afternoon at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium. Good news is that it will be broadcast live on Sportsnet as well as MLB.TV.

Getting the start will be Marco Estrada as he looks to officially start his spring training season. He has pitched a handful of innings on the minor league side of camp but has yet to pitch for the Jays, taking a cautiously slow approach to the beginning of spring. Look for him to work his way slowly into the thick of things with a few innings today.

Outside of Estrada, the Jays will be sending most of the starting core out Sunday with the exception of Edwin Encarnacion who is still dealing with oblique issues.
