We have the first of 3 with the Orioles tonight.
Marcus Stroman gets his fourth start of the season.
And someone named Mike Wright gets his second start. In his first, he went 5 innings, gave up 4 earned, and still got the win. This is the third time this year we face a pitcher named Wright, we won the first two.
It sounds like Roberto Osuna's status will be decided at game time, or, more likely, in the 8th inning. I'd imagine they would like to let him rest another day.
Jake will be happy, Smoak is in. I'm all for giving him a few at bats, and seeing if he can get his timing. I'd also be considering bringing up Pompey if I could talk Bautista into playing first.
