Monday Bantering: More on Colabello and today's lineup

I was hoping we would hear about who was coming up to fill Drew Hutchison's spot in the roster, but apparently that won't happen until after today's game. I'd imagine it has something to do with Drew having to clear optional waivers. No word on who is coming up, but I guess we should look at the Bison's lineup for tonight Bison don't play tonight and see who isn't in it. I'm betting Matt Dominguez.

No Pillar tonight. Saunders is back in the lineup. Donaldson is DH. Martin is still out. And Barney plays third.

Our old friends Melky Caberra and Brett Lawrie are in the lineup for the White Sox. No booing please.

Beyond that, everyone's talking about Chris Colabello, and I'm tired of the subject already. Steve Buffery, in the Sun, tells us that Chris "needs to prove his innocence". Honestly, I can't figure out a way he can prove it. Let's say (though I can't imagine how) that Chris ended up with a fairly hard to obtain drug in his system by accident, how in the world could he prove it. (other than finding a syringe in Justin Smoak's locker). I don't see any way he can prove it.

So, saying he has to prove it is.....I don't want to say stupid, but I can't think of a better word. If you can think of a way he can prove he's innocent, tell me.

Yeah, I hate the 'I don't know how it got into my system' excuse, but I don't see want else he can say. In reality, it is very very very unlikely that it got into his system without him knowing. Beyond unlikely. But what else is he going to say? Well, maybe he could say, yeah I did it, sorry. But we all know that isn't going to happen.
