Around The Nest Blue Jays Minor League Podcast - Week 8: Minor League Harris-ment

Once again we are at the end of the workweek (for most of us non-broadcasters at least) which means it's time for Around The Nest, the Blue Jays minor league podcast that features the radio broadcasters from all levels in the farm system. Host Jesse Goldberg-Strassler has provided the following show synopsis for this week:

The Buffalo Bisons are on fire, with four wins in a row, seven wins in their last eight games, and 14 wins in their last 19 games. Jon Harris is doing much the same with the Lansing Lugnuts, extending his scoreless streak to 28 games with consecutive 7-inning, 11-strikeout gems. The New Hampshire Fisher Cats' Dwight Smith, Jr. has collected at least two hits in seven of his last eight games and four homers in a week's span, raising his batting average from .211 to .277. And the Dunedin Blue Jays' Jason Leblebijian's and Derrick Loveless's bats have woken up to the tune of .400+ averages this week.
