Blue Jays Call Up Andy Burns

Are you booing or is it Booourns?

So Jake  called it. Good job man.  I really had my doubts.

The Blue Jays are calling up Andy Burns and sending Ryan Tepera back to Buffalo.

Burns is hitting   .250 for the Bisons, with 2 home runs and 3 stolen bases.

The good news is that we are back to an 7-man bullpen and we aren't pretending that Ryan is a LOOGY any more. I am sure this isn't the last time we see Ryan in Toronto.

I am curious to see how Burns is used (or if he is used),  but having a guy that can play all over the field,  with some NL rules games ahead, seems like a good idea.  Though having someone that could be a pinch-hitter wouldn't be so bad either.
