Around the Nest Blue Jays Minor League Podcast - Week 15: When Throwing a No-Hitter Goes Wrong

Around the Nest

Around The Nest, the Blue Jays minor league podcast, is back again this week with another episode to chat about the goings on this past week in the Jays’ farm system. Hosted by the Voice of the Lugnuts Jesse Goldberg-Strassler, the podcast features the radio voices of Blue Jays minor league affiliates from Rookie League Bluefield to triple-A Buffalo. It generally broadcasts LIVE every Friday at 4 pm Eastern (today's an exception as it starts at 4:30) and is available at the following link for archived listening after the live show ends.

Here’s this week’s show description from Jesse:

The latest from the Blue Jays' system: The Triple-A and Double-A levels held All-Star Games around the Major League midsummer classic; the Lansing Lugnuts tossed their second no-hitter in franchise history, and lost a doubleheader on the same day; a left-handed relief arm approaches the Majors, with Matt Dermody landing in Buffalo; catcher Danny Jansen is healthy and hitting for Dunedin, and Chris Colabello is right there with him in his beginning his road back to Toronto; and Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. enjoys a monster day for Bluefield. The radio broadcasters of the Blue Jays' system are ready to deliver the latest observations and insights from a week of baseball and All-Star festivities.

As always, feel free to ask your Blue Jays prospect questions below in the comments! Jesse will try to have them answered on the show.
