Update: Devon Travis is out of the lineup today, he has a sore hand:
Gibbons says Travis has an injured knuckle on his right hand. He received an injection and will get the night off. #BlueJays

The Jays have activated Kevin Pillar with Ryan Tepera making his 6th trip back to Buffalo this season.
Pillar had a good couple of rehab games, down in Dunedin. He had 6 hits in 7 at bats (with 2 hit by pitch), 5 singles and 1 double. As a Jay he is hitting .261/.292/.385 in 109 games. Though it’s not his bat I’ve been missing, I’m looking forward to watching him play defense again.
Tepera had a full 13 days on the roster, this time up. And he pitched in 4 games, with no earned runs against him. Batters hit .222/.300/.222 against him, in 20 PA in those 4 games. I’m sure he’ll be back in about 10 days.
The good news? Less than half the roster is made up of pitchers now! Only 48% pitchers now.
Glad you are back Kevin. Stay healthy for the rest of the way, please.
