So it isn’t going to be a perfect spring.

Casey Lawrence had a good start, pitching 2 scoreless innings, giving up a single and a walk but getting a double play. He pitched around a Jake Elmore error.

Also having scoreless innings: Lucus Harrell, Chris Rowley, Ryan Borucki and Jarrett Grube.

Jeff Beliveau had a rough outing, 3 hits, 2 walks, 2 earned, 1 strikeout, while getting just 1 out. Not good.

Glenn Sparkman also had a rough time. 1 inning, 4 hits, 4 earned.

Wil Browning gave up the other run in his inning.

On offence:

  • Richard Urena: 1 for 3, double, run, strikeout.

  • Darrell Ceciliani: 2 for 3, 1 double.
  • Rowdy Tellez: 1 for 2, walk, ground rule double, 2 runs, 1 RBI, strikeout. Made a nice catch down the right field line from first.
