Another game that’s not on TV, but it is on MLB Audio.
Winning yesterday was nice, I know it doesn’t matter, but it feels good to see the guys hit.
The Jays are saying that Dalton Pompey has a cold and, though he’s getting his work in, batting practice and all, he won’t play in a game until he’s recovered.
Ryan Tepera is getting the start and Joe Smith will get into the game early, because the team wants Russell Martin to catch them and Martin will be coming out of the game pretty early. Ryan Borucki, who was going to be the starter, will pitch at some point.
Kevin Pillar is getting a lot of time in the leadoff spot (he’s already taken a walk this spring).
J.A. Happ starts tomorrow and Francisco Liriano Friday.
Here's #Bluejays starting line-up for today's game against #Tigers - Tepera starts, not Borucki, so Martin can catch him and Joe Smith #Jays pic.twitter.com/IWtg1a1JHx
