Jays travel to Lakeland to play the Tigers. Well, some minor leaguers, wearing Blue Jays uniforms, travel to Lakeland to play the Tigers.
The game isn’t on TV, but it will be on radio.
There are little bits of Jays news coming from Gibby:
- Donaldson will play in 7 to 10 days, DHing for the first while.
- Travis won’t be playing for awhile.
- Casey Lawrence starts today over Mike Bolsinger because he’s been impressive and they want to take a long look at him. Bolsinger had a rough time in his first appearance this spring.
- And the team isn’t worried about Roberto Osuna after last nights rather bad outing. They said his velocity looked good and he had bad luck. Well, if it was bad luck, it was a lot of bad luck.
Beyond that...Did you see Jose Bautista’s home run, from last night’s game? I was curious to see how far that went. And Dalton Pompey had another good game.
Today’s lineup. I’m thinking the Guerrero listed is Emilio not Vlad, but you never know.
