Today’s Topic: How would you put together the Blue Jays 25-man roster?
We are a couple of weeks from the start of the season, but I thought I’d ask how you would put together the Jays roster.
Now let’s be real about it, deal with options and having to DFA guys. Our handy options table is here.
Let’s guess that Devon Travis won’t be playing by time the spring ends, so build your roster around that. Personally if you want to sign Brett Lawrie, that’s cool, but I’m thinking he wouldn’t be ready for the start of the season too. And, if you want to sign a free agent, keep it reasonable.
Anyway, that’s the assignment for this week.
