Wednesday GameThread: Jays @ Orioles

The Blue Jays travel to Sarasota to play the Orioles today. Or at least some of their prospects are travelling to Sarasota today. It isn’t that long a bus ride, but we aren’t going to get to see many regulars.

On the plus side, we get to watch Rowdy Tellez, Anthony Alford and Richard Urena, but, to give you a hint about the lineup Ryan Goins is leading off. Words I never thought I’d type.

And Mat Latos gets the start. He looked great in his first appearance. He’s in the mix for the long man role out of our pen...or he could start in Buffalo and be available if one of our starters were to go down with an injury.

The game isn’t on Sportsnet, but it is on MLB.TV and it will be on radio. I’ll likely watch the first few innings.

Also Team Canada are playing an exhibition game against the Yankees. But that one doesn’t appear to be on MLB.TV.
