We knew this was coming, but it is good to see:
Roberto Osuna was activated from the DL. Casey Lawrence was optioned back to Buffalo.
Glad to hear that Osuna is ready too go. It is too bad for Lawrence, but it is likely we will see him again, now that he’s been on the Buffalo express.
Today’s lineup (spoiler, no Josh Donaldson):

Josh will be getting his Silver Slugger award before the game, then he gets to sit and watch Ryan Goins play third.
And in minor league prospect news.
Toronto #BlueJays catching prospect Max Pentecost has been re-assigned from advanced-A Dunedin to extended spring training as of yesterday.

I don’t want to speculate too much, but this doesn’t sound like good news to me. Max played 4 games for Dunedin, hit .222/.263/.444 with a home run and a double. But he hasn’t caught. He played 3 games as DH and 1 at first base. Maybe he’s going down to extended spring to work up to catching.
I was interested in seeing if Pentecost would be behind the plate this year. As a catcher, he’s a good prospect. If he’s not a catcher.....he’s not near as good a prospect.
