Trying to build on a 1-game winning streak. It's an early game, 10:30 start here in Alberta, so Jays, please, don't make it a 'drive Tom to drink' game.
In tough today, Red Sox have Chris Sale starting. He's tough enough against teams that aren't cold. But then Marco Estrada looked pretty good in his last start too.
Not much for Jays news:
- They announced Mat Latos would start tomorrow and Casey Lawrence would start Saturday, but we knew that already.
- J.A. Happ threw a bit today. John Lott tweeted:
Neither Happ nor pitching coach Pete Walker wanted to comment on Happ's session. Happ threw 20 pitches at 60 feet, as scheduled.

I'm going to try not to worry that they didn't want to comment.
Tulo gets a day off. It looks like Smoak has earned a full-time role, at least while he is swinging the bat well. I would consider giving Jose a day off. Goins is the one lefty bat in the lineup.
GO JAYS GO!
As always, remember we have rules around there. Mostly it's "don't be terrible". If a moderator ask you to stop doing something, please stop. Remember losing makes Tom a wee bit grumpy. Also don't debate the rules in the thread. Send Tom a note instead (he doesn't get near enough email).
