Happy Sunday. Unfortunately for me, it's a driving day, I'm not going to get to watch the game, but I'll have it on radio to keep me company.
We get a Marcus Stroman start today. Marcus has had 2 good starts, but the last one was a rough one, 4.2 innings, 11 hits and 6 earned. His ERA jumped from 1.76 to 4.05. He should have a better time today.
The Angels have called up Daniel Wright to make the start, since they used Jesse Chavez in the Jays win on Friday. Wright had a rough 4 inning relief appearance, for the Angels, back on April 10th. He gave up 3 hits, 3 walks and 3 earned and was sent back to the minors. At Salt Lake, in the PCL, he's made 2 starts, 8.1 innings, allowed 11 hits, 10 earned, 3 home runs, 4 walks with 2 strikeouts. I'm hoping he's just what the Jays bats need.
I don't have the lineups yet, and I have to start moving, so someone could post them in the thread. Thanks.
GO JAYS GO!
As always, remember we have rules around there. Mostly it's "don't be terrible". If a moderator ask you to stop doing something, please stop. Remember losing makes Tom a wee bit grumpy. Also don't debate the rules in the thread. Send Tom a note instead (he doesn't get near enough email).
