Aaron Sanchez is back and starting today. Great news for everyone, except Matt Dermody who was sent back to Buffalo.
It would be nice to double our longest 'winning streak' of the season today.
Justin Smoak is having a nice start to the season. He's had good stretches before and I don't know that there is some fundamental change he's made to cause the good stretch. I think it is best to just enjoy the good stretches and not worry about when it will end.
It's also nice to see Jose Bautista throwing the ball more like Jose Bautista. That was a nice throw yesterday, even if he didn't quite get Tim Beckham at the plate. And he picked the right moment to steal a base.
Chris Archer is making his 4th start of the season. He is 2-1 with a 3.94 ERA, 3.53 FIP.
Sanchez is making his 3rd start. He is 0-1 with a 4.38 ERA, 5.67 FIP. I'm hoping the blister problem is behind him.
GO JAYS GO!
