It's been some season.
At the start we can't hit.
We start hitting, and the starting rotation gets beat up.
Now, the bullpen has started losing games for us.
Add in a couple of dozen injuries, and you have our season to date.
Today, Martin plays third. I'm ok with that. It saves us from using either Coghlan or Goins at the position. And Alford plays.
Wade Miley has a 3.02 ERA in 8 starts. He leads the league in walks with 27 in 41.2 inning.
Marco Estrada has a 3.60 in 9 starts and doesn't lead the league in walks. His last 3 starts haven't been good. In them he pitched 18 innings with 12 earned, for a 6.00 ERA.
GO JAYS GO!
As always, remember we have rules around there. Mostly it's "don't be terrible". If a moderator ask you to stop doing something, please stop. Remember losing makes Tom a wee bit grumpy. Also don't debate the rules in the thread. Send Tom a note instead (he doesn't get near enough email).
