As well as all the draft stuff, thanks Matt, the Jays announced:
- Devon Travis had surgery to clean up frayed cartilage in his knee. They say the damage wasn't as bad as last fall. Gibby say he will be out 'awhile', which is likely as definite as you are likely go get.
- Steve Pearce should be back with the team on Friday (all going well).
Jacob Faria makes his second career start tonight. He went 6.1 allowing just 1 earned against the White Sox last week. Marco Estrada is going through a rare rough stretch. Hopefully it ends tonight.
GO JAYS GO!
As always, remember we have rules around there. Mostly it's "don't be terrible". If a moderator ask you to stop doing something, please stop. Remember losing makes Tom a wee bit grumpy. Also don't debate the rules in the thread. Send Tom a note instead (he doesn't get near enough email).
