Game #70 GameThread: Jays @ Rangers

Here I was in a rush to get home and get up the GameThread and the game is an hour later than normal.

I was out getting my bicycle tuned up, I'm doing the MS Bike Ride this weekend. I'm not in shape for it, but we'll do it anyway. 85 k Saturday and and 85 back Sunday. I'm going to be so sore next week.

Type in my name and donate....if you like. Last year I did the Cancer Ride here but it was 120 K a day and very very hilly. this one is 20 k shorter and will be much flatter. On the flip side, it looks like it will be windy this weekend.

So I'll be missing this weekend, but the rest of the group will be around to keep you entertained.

Anyway, we have a shot at ..500 yet again. Our 8th chance at it.

Francisco Liriano has looked pretty good, in his last couple of starts. I'm hoping we can score a few runs off Nick Martinez, though we'll likely wait and beat their bullpen.
