There are little bits of Blue Jays news, going into today’s game at Wrigley (remember it is a day game, 2:00 Eastern start):
- Roberto Osuna is out with the flu. Danny Barnes and Dominic Leone are also ‘unavailable’. Nick Tepesch will be down in the pen.
- Ryan Tepera will be today’s closer. I’m hoping Happ goes 8 and hands the ball directly to him.
- The pen will consist of the three lefties (Loup, Mayza and Dermody, Tepera and, in case of emergency break glass, Tepesch.
- Gibby says that Joe Biagini will ‘hopefully’ make his next start in the majors.
