And today’s lineup: Hernandez and Urena in.

How many days in a row can we add an extra player to our September callups? I guess until we get to 40.

Today’s callup is Chris Rowley.

Chris made 3 starts for the Jays, back in the middle of August. The first two went well, the last one didn’t. He had a 4.61 ERA in 13.2 innings. He allowed 14 hits, 9 walks with 7 strikeouts.

In 3 minor league seasons he’s pitched in 57 games, 24 starts, with a 2.68 ERA. 208.1 innings, 180 hits, 19 homers, 42 walks and 49 strikeouts.

Today’s lineup. Teoscar Hernandez plays left and leads off. And Richard Urena plays second. Glad to see Urena out there. Mailes out, day game after night game, Montero is in.

And, of course, we get Brett Anderson’s second start as a Blue Jay.
