Quick Recap: Good start for Estrada

The good news? Marco Estrada pitched a very nice 3 innings, allowing just 1 hit, with 3 strikeouts. He looked very good.

The bad news? Steve Pearce left the game, limping. No word on what the injury might be, but it didn’t look good.

  • Roberto Osuna: 1 inning, 1 k. Very nice inning.
  • Aaron Loup: 1 inning, 1 hit, 3 strikeouts. Another nice inning.
  • Ryan Tepera: 1 inning, 1 hit, 1 walk, 1 k.
  • Craig Breslow: Gave up 3 hits, 2 earned, 1 walk, just got 1 out.
  • Taylor Guerrieri: Came in with the bases loaded and 1 out. He gave up a sac fly and a fly out, limiting the damage to 1 run.
