The good news? Marco Estrada pitched a very nice 3 innings, allowing just 1 hit, with 3 strikeouts. He looked very good.
The bad news? Steve Pearce left the game, limping. No word on what the injury might be, but it didn’t look good.
Update:
Left calf tightness for Pearce, per John Gibbons. He's day to day.
