  • Tyler Clippard: 1.0, 2 k. Clean inning in his first outing.
  • Tim Mayza: 1.0, 2 hits, 3 runs, 1 earned, 1 k.

Again we have a good day with the bats. A few days ago we were worrying about the bats, but life is good now. Give it a week, we’ll be worried about the bats again.

  • Teoscar Hernandez: 1 for 2, k. .286. It took him a week to get his first hit, he’s making up for lost time.
  • Devon Travis: 1 for 4, home run. .316. his second home run of the spring.

  • Justin Smoak: 1 for 2, walk. .158. He hit a ball hard in the first inning, but into a double play. Looks like the timing is coming around. Course, tomorrow he’ll go 0 for 4.

  • Kendrys Morales: 2 for 4, double, homer. .261.
  • Randal Grichuk: 1 for 2. .353.
  • Kevin Pillar: 1 for 3, strikeout. .450.
  • Aledmys Diaz: 0 for 2, walk, k. .150.

Jays are 7-8 now.

Tomorrow the Tigers come to Dunedin. And the game is on TV. YAY!
