It's always exciting when we get to see a Blue Jay make his major league debut. Let's hope for a good night for Lourdes.
Regarding roster moves, specifically Hernandez and Grichuk, this makes a lot of sense to me.
By the time Donaldson returns, the #BlueJays will have had a longer look at Hernandez. If he continues to hit, he'll have to stick around and a decision will have to be made on Grichuk. If Hernandez's bat goes cold, it goes back to the way it was before.

Grichuk doesn't have options, so he can't be sent down. It seems like a reducing his playing time in the interim as needed is a good plan.
This is worth sharing:

Here are the lineups for tonight. Gurriel Jr gets the start at 2nd, giving Devon Travis a rest day (it sounds like he's still a little sore from that foul pitch yesterday). Grichuk also sits. Curtis Granderson shifts to RF because it's Yankee Stadium and their right field is small.
If Morales must play, hitting lower in the order is good until he proves he can be better than was in 2017.
GO JAYS GO!
