GameThread Game #27: Rangers at Blue Jays

We appear to be in a bit of a rut. Not getting swept would be ideal.

I was so happy for Lourdes Gurriel Jr getting his first big league home run yesterday. May it be the first of many more.

Here's a little update on Josh Donaldson, who got some plate appearances in during a minor league game yesterday:

Josh Donaldson went 0-for-3 as the DH for Dunedin: F7, 4-3, P1. Was pinch hit for before fourth at bat.

Not that we are anxiously awaiting his return, of course.

Here's today's lineups. Morales sits, and Grichuk gets the start in right field. Devon Travis was sent down to Buffalo for Carlos Ramirez. John Gibbons said he doesn't expect Travis to be down there long.
