GameThread Game #30: Blue Jays at Twins

Jeffrey Becker-USA TODAY Sports

The Blue Jays are going for the sweep yet again. I don't think I'll ever get tired of writing that.

Buck and Pat mentioned on the broadcast yesterday that Stroman should have a good start because he had a great side session on Monday. Perhaps he still has a bit of birthday magic in him. I'd like to think we can score seven runs for the third straight day, but we probably shouldn't count on it.

Kendrys Morales' stolen base yesterday was his first since October 2, 2009. He says he doesn't have any memory of it.

Down on the farm, Sean Reid-Foley had another great outing this morning. 6 IP, 2R, 2H, 0 BB, 10 K. He is carrying a 1.53 ERA.

Here are our lineups for today. Pearce I presume is still out as a precaution after yesterday's ribcage tightness. The pitcher for the Twins, Fernando Romero, will be making his major league debut.

Today's Lineups
