With the 2018 draft in the books, the focus now turns to getting the new draftees signed so it's time to roll out the annual Signing Table. With the advent of slotting, there's not quite the intrigue there used to be, but it's still a useful summary of the draftees and where everything stands.
The ranking is the average of four public sources: Baseball America (top 500), Perfect Game (top 500), MLB.com (Jon Mayo and Jim Callis, top 200) and FanGraphs (top 130). It also shows how many lists on which the draftee was included, since the average will be biased upwards by non-inclusion on a list vs. being ranked too low for inclusion.
As usual, post any links to information on signings/signability and I'll do my best to keep the table promptly updated. One thing that will be different this year is there will be no links to sources in the table. This will greatly simplify the task of updating, and the links are in the comments anyway so it's not like they're totally gone for those interested. Thanks to everyone who adds the links that make this work.
The 2018 signing deadline is Friday, July 6th.
UPDATE 7/7: The Blue Jays signed 32 of their 40 draft picks, spending $9,589,300 in reported bonuses. Five bonuses remain unreported, and Jim Callis reported their spending as $1,908,200 in total beyond slot, implying a further $301,000 in unreported bonuses. Hopefully those are entered in MLB's Draft Tracker at some point, and I will update if that occurs. They exceeded their slot allocation by $327,200 (4.1%), resulting in overage tax of $245,400 and bringing total draft related spending to $10,135,700 (including the unallocated $301,000).
FURTHER UPDATE 7/18: Baseball America's Draft Database now has those last five unreported bonuses, and the table below is updated to reflect them (tying into the above totals).

In addition to the above rankings, the following were included in BA's state lists beyond the Top 500: Bec, Podkul, Burland, Johnson, Ruiz. Beyond their top 130, FanGraphs listed another 163 players ordered by demographic, with four Blue Jays draftees included on this portion: Wymer (~131rd), Barger (~233rd), Caracci (~243rd), Aiello (~273rd)
