GameThread Game #114: Red Sox at Blue Jays

MLB: Toronto Blue Jays at Chicago White Sox David Banks-USA TODAY Sports

Ryan Borucki is coming off his best outing yet, and he gets to face the Red Sox for a second time in his young career. How did he get so lucky? At least the run support curse is broken, so the team will score lots of runs for him.

Thomas Pannone has been called up in place of Mike Hauschild who was optioned down to Buffalo. Pannone is set to provide long relief if needed.

On a possible call up for Sean Reid-Foley, John Gibbons had this to say:

Here are tonight’s lineups. Curtis Granderson is back in the lineup leading off against a righty, and Grichuk has been moved to the number four spot. Steve Pearce is hitting 3rd for the Red Sox.
