If you haven’t taken a moment to join SB Nation FanPulse, now is the time to do it. They survey of fans across MLB. Each week, they send polls to fans from each team MLB team. Blue Jays fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.
The National question was “Do you like the Wild Card being a one-game playoff?” The result was much closer than I expected:

I like the one-game playoff. It makes for an exciting game. I guess if we had lost to the Orioles, three years ago, I might think different. But one-game, if it is close, game rides on every pitch, every manager decision, it is so exciting. If your manager decides not to bring Zack Britton into the game, you remember it forever.
I’d hate them to change it.
On the Jays questions:
Manager approval: 88% up from 86%.
Confidence in the direction of the team: 79% up from 75%.
The graph, this week, shows how confidence went up when Vlad was called up and took a dive when Stroman and Sanchez were traded. We didn’t really have huge swings in the vote.

Some teams have big swings. The Rockies, for example:

Then the Astros just ran along the top of the chart all season, as, surprisingly enough, did the Orioles:
