Game two of our spring training schedule. Sean Reid-Foley gets the start. And the big news is that Vlad Jr. plays. It isn’t on MLB.TV. I really wish it was. It is on radio, and I’m going to listen in, at least until Vlad bats.
Marcus Stroman starts tomorrow (which will be on MLB.TV) and Matt Shoemaker Tuesday.
Not too much for Blue Jays news out there. There is this rather weird note:
Randal Grichuk is still expected to play Tuesday, but there’s a new development. Team says he does not have plantar fasciitis, they’re simply being careful to make sure he does not have a recurrence of the issue he dealt with last season.#BlueJays

In former Jays news, the Brewers are saying that Brett Lawrie won’t be playing in any major league spring games, that they are going to take it slowly with him, since he hasn’t played for 2 years. I’m hoping Brett has learned patience in his time away from the game, because it looks like he’s going to need it.
Today’s lineup:
Vlad Jr., @yunitogurriel & @ajalford_ make their #SpringTraining debuts this afternoon!
