Rays 6 Blue Jays 5

The good news is that Marcus Stroman pitched 2 clean innings, with 3 strikeouts. Much better than his first start.

And we hit some home runs. Smoak, Drury, Bichette and Pentecost all homered.

Bad news? We lost another.

Other pitchers:

  • Elvis Luciano: 1 inning, 2 hits, 1 earned, 1 k. He has looked pretty good this spring. He did give up a double and a single this time out but it wasn’t a bad inning.
  • Thomas Pannone: 2 innings, 2 hits, 2 earned, 1 walk and 4 k.
  • Yennsy Diaz: 2 innings, 2 hits, 3 earned, 2 walks, a home runs.
  • Corey Copping: 1 inning, 1 walk, 1 k.
  • Zach Jackson: 1 inning, 3 hits, 1k. He was helped out by a player thrown out going home.
