The Blue Jays play the Rays in Port Charlotte today. It isn’t on TV.
There isn’t all that much for Jays news
- Charlie Montoyo has told reporters that he will use 4 outfielders against Bryce Harper. I’m not sure I like the idea but ok.
- And Bud Norris tells us he didn’t “articulate myself the way I wanted to”. That’s an interesting way of saying things. I’m willing to forgive as long as he doesn’t play fun police with the Jays and he stays away from race remarks. We all have to grow up sometime, maybe he has grown up since then.
A lot of the regulars made the trip.
Clayton Richard makes the start. It seems like it is either him or Ryan Borucki in the 5th spot in the rotation. I think Ryan earned the spot with his work last year.
Gurriel plays short today. And we have both McKinney and Hernandez in the lineup.
.@CRThrees makes his first #BlueJays (spring) start this afternoon vs. the Rays!
