(Today’s post is mainly brought to you using the medium of Twitter)
Any day we beat the Red Sox is good. Any day we beat Chris Sale is better. Any day we ‘reign’ on the Red Sox World Series parade is magical.
The way we did it was especially pleasing; however it was a surprise for some...
Never could have guessed I'd witness the #bluejays hit and run, sacrifice and steal 3 bases (one each of 2nd, 3rd and home) in the same game. Not to mention a handful of hits to the opposite field.

Fortunately we had Kenny G to finish it off in style:

For a roundup of Jays organizational results and prospect performances go here
Highlight of yesterday was catcher Alejandro Kirk who went 2-for-3, solo HR (1), 2 BB at Class A Lansing. After drawing walks in his first two trips to the plate, Kirk homered to right in the 5th and added a single in the 6th. It’s the second multihit performance in five games this season for the 20-year-old backstop.

At least he could laugh about it afterwards - along with EVERYONE else.
Mallex Smith: ‘Its a sac fly coming towards me. An easy out. Runner on second won’t score’
Billy Hamilton: ‘Hold my Gatorade’
