Ryan Tepera land on the injured list because of right elbow impingement. He is hoping to see the doctor that treated him earlier this season later this week. Tells me he hasn’t felt right all year, seems to think this will be more than a 10-day thing. #BlueJays

Ryan Tepera hasn’t looked like his normal dominant self since his return from the injured list. He started out the season with right elbow soreness, and he has a 6.55 ERA in 11 innings pitched since his return to the team. Hopefully he can get this all sorted out soon.
Jimmy Cordero, who was claimed on waivers from the Nationals (who in turn claimed Javy Guerra), has been called up to take his spot. Cordero hasn’t played in a major league game yet this year.
Here are today’s line ups. Jonathan Davis stays in the lead off spot, Vlad is back in batting second, and Jansen will catch for Marcus Stroman.
