Marcus Stroman leaves game with injury

Update:

Apparently it is a left shoulder pectoral cramp. Which, if true would be about as good of news as we could get.

Marcus Stroman left today’s game after 2 pitches in the top of the fifth inning with an apparent injury.

On the good side, it looked like it was his left shoulder that was bothering him, but I have no idea what it might be. I’m hoping that, whatever it is, he can come back quick.

If there is an injury that causes him to be put on the IL it could end talks of trading him before the deadline.

Marcus, I hope that you will be ok and this turns out to be nothing major.
