The 2019 MLB Draft gets underway at 7:00 EDT, livestreamed on MLB.com. The first two rounds and compensation/competitive balance rounds will be tonight, with five minutes in between picks in the first round, and then one minute per pick afterwards with some short breaks in betwen rounds.
The Blue Jays will pick 11th, likely about an hour in at around 8:00 or so, and then their 52nd overall pick should be around 11:00 EDT (based on last year).

In the last MLB Pipeline mock drafts, Jim Callis has the Jays taking RHP Alek Manoah and Jonathan Mayo has the them taking Zack Thompson with Nick Lodolo, Jackson Rutledge and Manoah off the board.
