The Blue Jays will look to even the series against our 2016 ALCS arc-nemesis. The Jays will be up against drone boy “Tyler” Bauer and there’s nothing I’d love more than to see our dear friend get lit up. Get em, Jays.
We have some injury updates:
John Axford continues mound progression and could begin rehab games at the end of week. Devon Travis continues to work through his rehab but is still not participating in baseball activities. Julian Merryweather experienced fatigue and has been backed off for scheduled recovery.

Ryan Tepera is currently working his throwing program and will begin long toss. Trent Thornton will be re-evaluated this week to return to throwing. Anthony Alford is working his way back from an oblique injury, currently on a hitting progression program in Florida.

Dalton Pompey was also DFA’d today.
Here are today’s lineups for today’s YouTube only game. Gurriel gets the day off, Smoak moves up to 3rd, and Maile will catch for Aaron Sanchez.
