Open Thread World Series Game Five

MLB: World Series-Los Angeles Dodgers at Tampa Bay Rays Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

Yesterday was the best World Series game I’ve seen since Joe Carter hit the home run. It was just a ton of fun.

Brett Phillips doesn’t have to do anything ever again in the MLB and he’ll be remembered forever. You have to appreciate an at bat where he gets two calls that were, to me, just off the plate, go against him and he still manages to get the game winning hit.

I’m still cheering for 7 games and odds are pretty good that it will go 7 games.
