Happy Leap Day everyone! The Blue Jays are playing host to the Phillies this afternoon, and since the game is in Dunedin, it will not be on your TV. But Mike Wilner and Ben Wagner will have it on the radio.
Newly signed Shun Yamaguchi gets the call on the mound, while the majority of the regulars are in the lineup.

We get to see Cavan Biggio make the start in CF, but this seems to be maybe a short time thing, depending on how the rest of the picture unfolds.
Charlie Montoya on Biggio playing CF: “He’s my second baseman. We’re lucky he can play different spots. So I’m just going to play him there for one day.” But Montoyo also said there’s a chance, “if Joe Panik makes the team” and is playing well, that Biggio could play more in CF. pic.twitter.com/mWu5W8VaVY

Travis Shaw slides over to 3B, Brandon Drury gets the start at 2B. So we’re going to maybe not have the greatest defense today, but we do get to see the flexibility in action.
Speaking of struggling defense, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is optimistic about his “awesome” offseason, and is ready to have a great season on both sides of the ball.
“I have more range. I can run harder to first base. That’s why I’m feeling good. I feel healthier. Much healthier than last year.”

The Blue Jays will be going up against the Phillies’ big offseason signing in Zack Wheeler, while having their Spring Training travel lineup with a couple regulars and some filler.
