Baseball is finally getting their playoff plans together, which is pretty good since they start in a couple of weeks.
The playoff teams will be in a bubble (of sorts). The games will be played:
- NLDS: Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas and Minute Maid Park in Houston
- ALDS: Petco Park in San Diego and Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles
- NLCS: Globe Life Field
- ALCS: Petco Park
- World Series: Globe Life Field
There are questions about whether the players will be allowed to have their families with them and Manfred is floating the idea of letting fans in, in limited numbers.
And it looks like the teams will be bringing their full 40-man rosters:

It also sounds like the league is going to get rid of off-days during the playoffs. I kind of like the idea, it adds to the manager’s stress level. I think anything that make the managers have to think about more stuff is good.
