MLB has released the 2021 spring schedule, without even the suggestion that it might not happen.
Spring training is to start February 27th. The regular season would start April 1st, with all 30 teams playing. The Blue Jays start the season in New York against the Yankees, then head to Texas. Their home opener is on the 8th, hosting the Angels.
The spring schedule starts February 27th against the Phillies in Clearwater and the 28th is against the Rays in Charlotte.

Dunedin is very nice in March but I can’t see wanting to go to Florida next year. I have my doubts that fans will be allowed in, but I really would love to plan a trip again.
