The 2021 Blue Jays ZiPS projections are out. Over the next few weeks, we’ll put up a series of over/under polls, using the batter’s OPS and the pitcher’s ERA as predicted by ZiPS.
Robbie Ray is up today. ZiPS figures Ray to have a 4.15 ERA. They also see him getting a 10-8 record in 30 games, 29 starts. In 151 innings, he’s to get 208 strikeouts and 80 walks. For comparison, he had a 6.62 ERA in last year’s short season and a 4.34 ERA in 2019.
Let us know if you think he’ll have a higher or lower ERA.
