Welcome to Spring Training!
While baseball is not officially back, fake baseball is. The ballparks will be open to a limited number of fans this Spring, so at least it will be more than just cardboard cutouts in the stands.
Today the Jays will play their first game of 2021 against the Yankees. The game will also be only seven innings, and it will be on Sportsnet for our viewing pleasure. George Springer will not be playing today, as apparently, it takes him a while to get into spring training form.
