We have the first game real fake baseball of spring today and it is on TV. Apparently, the Yankees are letting 3000 fans into the park today. It seems nuts to me, but the Yankees want to squeeze every dollar out of Florida they can, health be damned.
They are only playing 7 innings today, I have the feeling most of the spring games will be like that.
The Blue Jays made a roster move before the game Breyvic Valera has been moved from the restricted list to the 40-man. We are up to a full 40-man now. I really can’t imagine Valera making the team or staying on the 40-man, but you never know what might happen.
Planned to be pitching today are: Anthony Kay, T.J. Zeuch, Jacob Waguespack. Bryan Baker, and Joel Murray.
