Thomas Hatch left today’s game early in the third inning with what looks like an arm injury. After his 48th pitch of the game, Hatch immediately called pitching coach Pete Walker to the mound and seemed to point at his elbow.
Here is his last pitch. His velocity was down a bit that last inning.

I’m hoping it isn’t as serious as it looks.
