Today’s Blue Jays game is on MLB audio. I will listen in for the first couple of innings, I’m starved for baseball.
I watched a documentary “Fastball” on a streaming service called Tubi the other day and really enjoyed it. It was the search for the hardest fastball in the history of the game. Tubi is free but you have to sit through some ads. I very much enjoyed the interview with Bob Gibson. One of the things he said was ‘People called me a headhunter, that’s not fair. When I threw at someone I hit them’.

An old friend no longer has a job:
Jeremy Jeffress was released by Nats “for personnel reasons.” They have declined to elaborate beyond that statement. Past issues likely are the reason he signed a minors deal after posting a 1.54 ERA with 8 saves for Cubs last year. @dougherty_jesse 1st

I don’t know what the ‘past issues’ are. He had suspensions for pot in the minors, but that’s not against the rules in the majors.
